ESOCC has evolved from the ECOWS (European Conference on Web Services) conference series.
The previous editions of the new series were the following:
1st: ESOCC 2012, held in Bertinoro, Italy
2nd: ESOCC 2013, held in Malaga, Spain
3rd: ESOCC 2014, held in Manchester, UK
4th: ESOCC 2015, held in Taormina (Messina), Italy
5th: ESOCC 2016, held in Vienna, Austria
6th: ESOCC 2017, held in Oslo, Norway
7th: ESOCC 2018, held in Como, Italy
ESOCC 2020 was originally planned to be held in Heraklion, Crete, Greece. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, it will be now held as an online virtual conference during 28-30 September 2020. The proceedings from all these conference editions can be found here.
The European Conference on Service-Oriented and Cloud Computing (ESOCC) is the premier conference on advances in the state of the art and practice of Service-Oriented Computing and Cloud Computing in Europe. The main objectives of this conference are to facilitate the exchange between researchers and practitioners in the areas of Service-oriented Computing and Cloud Computing and to foster future collaborations in Europe and beyond. ESOCC 2020 will include invited talks and presentations of selected research papers with the participation of top researchers from academia and industry.
